He also mentioned how the Ace Combat team is/was pressured by this too, so I wonder if this is part of a reason why Project Aces forms Bandai Namco Aces with ILCA.

Seeing Harada mentioning his time left "as a creator" reminds me of his tweet from last year, particularly on publisher wanting lead devs to move from creator to management role, which he resisted to some extent while stating that Soul Calibur's vision destabilised due to key persons leaving.
