i am fat and that is just a fact. the only thing that word describes is the size of my body, it does not imply that i'm ugly or lazy or sick or that i have low self esteem.

you don't have to defend me from the word. the word is harmless, the stigma is hurtful.

when you say "i feel fat" to have someone tell you "no, you look great!" - that's an insult to fat people.

telling someone "no, you're not fat, you're just curvy" - that's insulting to fat people.

being afraid to use the word because you associate it with an insult - that's insulting to fat people

My country will have to pay for centuries to try to repay the damage and destruction it caused Ukraine. I just can't wait until we can finally start doing that instead of causing more suffering.

I would have never thought that something like this can become normalized. And yet, I have lived to see it happen.

I just hope that I will get to see the day Ukraine is victorious and the day Putin's regime will be put on trial for their crimes against humanity.

This has become the new normal. War is no longer a mythical thing or a legendary thing in my life. It's in my backyard, in my home, it affects every aspect of my life, and I'm not even living in the war zone at the moment.

It was something mythical, scary and overwhelming. Now, it has been more than 1000 days of war in my home country. I start every day checking reports from the front to see the news of destruction and death. To see what new towns have been bombed, where the battlegrounds have shifted.

moral of the story is that sometimes it's ok to remind someone to give you affection because they might just be very busy and sleep deprived

The only other language I know well enough to actually speak to is Russian, and it is vastly more complicated to decode.

Now what I want to know is whether this is actually unique to English or if there are other languages that have similar structures that make them so recognizable in cryptograms specifically
