What's more delightful on an unusually warm November Saturday than a couple of tykes (maybe 4 years old) bopping around in an inflatable bounce house hollering "BOUNCE HOUSE!"

Maybe I should rent a bounce house for my birthday. Definitely what my hypermobile SI joint needs.

Happy Halloween from the golden 70s!

Autumn evidently has arrived for real as we're having our first three-cat couch day, and there's been no sunshine since Thursday.
This shitty photo is a riot of color, for on a gray 3-seat sofa is draped a lime green and bright pink "falsa" (fake Mexican blanket) as well as a multicolor beach towel. On the blanket is a buff ginger tabby boy named Buffy. He and his blanket are separated from the beach towel and its occupants, a cow cat named Ralph and a flame-point ragdoll named Floofikins, because Ralph can't mind his own business and because Buffy needs spine support, thus I put my yoga bolster between Buffy and Ralph. Floof gets his spine support from the left arm of the couch. All three cats are sound asleep. Ralph is likely snoring.

She Who Is Your Wife is absolutely correct. It's pretty much a Buc-ee's of Bajor because you can get all your needs met there! Clean bathrooms aplenty, booze, knicknacks, t-shirts, pressed slips of gold-pressed latinum, and more. I bet outside one of the airlocks is a statue of Buc-ee.

Having a Sunday morning sit on my front porch with some felines. Neither of the two black cats lives here. Ralph, looking on from inside the house, is not happy.

Peeping tom looking for leftovers
Junior, a male ginger tabby with delightful white markings on his nose, chest and belly along with white socks, stands on an exterior window ledge to peer into the living room of a person who is a sucker for hungry cats. Junior lives across the street and two houses down and is fed well. He still was served some food.

Had to get out the ol 2013 Alienware laptop this morning. Haven't used it since 2022, booted up on first try. Now to recover my personal Windows credentials because fuck me if I remember them after 5 years of not using them....
A very large, very heavy Alienware gaming laptop made in 2013. The display's background is The Oatmeal's Bobcats at home after a long day at the office fucking coworkers' shit up good. At least they're fortunate enough to have jobs.
