Every year decorating the tree with mum on Christmas Eve (its a British thing) gets harder. She makes up stories about the ornaments now, where they came from who they came from. Not really a fun thing like it used to be. #Eldercare Wee tree looks ok tho. Canaan Fir. #MnGrown

Yes that was me & my friend Tammi Jo sitting outside at Rosalia under the heaters, they generously accomodated us (me); we were only customers at time. No ice bar this year. And yes, we ordered gelato outside in December in #Minneapolis. More than a few ppl commented about being 'True #Minnesotans'.

Measure your Dominant hand around the knuckles at fullest part (exclude thumb). A sewing tape is best, but can use string & a ruler. Then measure from the tip of middle finger to the base of the hand where the wrist starts. Take greater of 2 measurements, ex: 7" = sz 7 glove (see image for letter)

#ChristmasTree acquired! #StPaulFarmersMarket lot full of fresh cut trees from Wolcyn Farm of Cambridge. Got a wee Caanan. Be prepared for sticker shock though. Inflation definitely impacting tree farming. Growing trees more expensive due to #ClimateChange #Minnesota. #ShopLocal #ShopSmall #StPaul

Despite my timer not going off and going way over temp, turkey appears quite moist. Tried something new this year but didnt set in time so will give as gifts maybe. Cranberry sauce snowflakes. #Thanksgiving
