There are a lot of varying views on AI. Not talking about pictures, because that is another subject altogether.

Been looking into it closely, and I am beginning to think the anti-AI arguments are coming from Terminator/Sci-Fi/ oriented people, or simple those that do not know it or understand it.

Have been watching a lot of TED Talks on various aspects of AI. The biggest most promising aspect of AI that I have seen to date is in using it something like an assistant. One that helps with brainstorming, feedback on ideas, and so on... much like an assistant would do.

Being an academic in management, org. structure, collaborative problem solving, change management, ethics, law, finance, emotional intelligence, and so on, I feel compelled to tell Trump and Elon Musk where they are making mistakes and could do things far better, but I would intimidate them. Pity!

Thinking in terms of organizational problems solving, you need to break away from the concept that any one person has all the answers.

When you build a solution team for the organization, do NOT just throw bodies at a team. The most magic comes from having diversity on a team.

A big concept behind Quiet Leadership is to help guide someone to a conclusion without directing them to a conclusion.

If you TELL someone to do something, it meets with resistance. Especially, if you are not their boss. But it can still be done in a far more clever manor.

Just to clarify... focus here is...

Quiet Leadership

This relates to Leadership, Management, Change, Socratic Dialog (Socrates is my account avatar), and related topic areas.

My goal is to massage the concept so that I can finish my dissertation and the related book, and a place to contact me.

Greetings, Earthlings!

I have established this account to explore and discuss Quiet Leadership. The concept emerged from my evolving doctoral dissertation on making better business decisions... Politics aside, what to save an organization money, MAKE BETTER DECISONS!
