Eloise- mother of Damon, aunt of queen Bellatrix- had the opportunity to wear the crown but denied it in favor of taking a more hands-on approach to improving Hell. The only thing shorter than her height is her temper, which works well for her in the field of construction/demolition.

Damon, the queen's cousin, is in charge of Hell's food situation. He saved Hell from starvation, but avoids talking about how he did it. He owns a restaurant that he runs with brutal efficiency and a temper inherited from his mother, but he's surprisingly compassionate when it's needed.

Good-natured but incredibly lethargic, Cimon is more of an honorary member of the queen's cabinet of advisors rather than an active participant. He's not particularly reliable, but he'll be there when it truly matters.
