How a society "handles" its Freeloaders is ultimately going to be how it treats its most vulnerable people. And in America specifically, where homelessness is already a crime with a prison sentence, disabled people are nothing more than sacrificial lambs to policy-makers. 3/3

It's debatable whether Freeloaders are even a real thing, but we know that most people who are able to work WANT to work, just on something that matters rather than the jobs that are actually available. And those who can't work aren't incentivized by the stick. 2/3
