Self-Defense is a basic human right, and if you're against a form of that you're against Human Rights.

As for what should we do, I'm all for laws that are made from common sense. Not ones made as a knee jerk reaction because a mad man went into a gun free zone and used that to his advantage because no one there was able to defend themselves.

So when someone wants all the guns taken away and stands on the dead men, women and children to demand that we disarm the people, and ignores the past where that ended badly I raise a brow and wonder if it's really for the safety of the populace, or because they want their side to have total control

Historically, taking guns from people never ends well for the disarmed. Bull Run, Trail of Tears, 1940's Germany. In fact, it was the first thing the Nazis wanted and did. They took away the guns, then when the people (the Jewish community), couldn't defend themselves as they were dragged to camps.

How about you answer my question instead of mocking it? Maybe because you can't make a logical argument for your position. You're using feelings and demanding they be made into facts.

How do you enforce something when people who want to hurt other people ignore it? The Police are defunded, I don't think a social worker is equipped to deal with a person with a gun.

Isn't Brown University a Gun Free Zone? Shouldn't the laws there have stopped him?

I have a serious question, would these laws be ones that criminals listen to? I don't think Gun Laws are going to make it harder for criminals to get guns, only those that follow the law would suffer.
