I damn well hope so. I don’t even care at this point about their ulterior motives for sacrificing her. She is horrid and I would love to see her get tossed out like yesterday’s trash. Certainly more should happen but she should feel the sting of knowing she never mattered to them at all.

I called one of my Republican senators today. Tomorrow, I will try again to reach the other. This is not politics as usual. This is literally our democracy at stake.

I think it’s important to note that much of the conservative fervor in this country was driven by outrage over Ruby Ridge and Waco. Feds in the street executing people in 4k isn’t going to resonate with at least some conservatives.

The only thing I think is a safe bet is anyone who conscientiously swore an oath to uphold the constitution is soon going to be finding themselves in a precarious position (for those who haven’t already). It’s a very scary inflection point in history… that’s all I know for sure.
