Someone shared this with me today. I don’t know who created it, but it’s absolutely perfect, especially after Pantone naming white as the color of the year. They should rename that white ‘WTF White’. Meanwhile this is hilarious.

This girl would live in a snowbank if she could. Her fave thing is to come in after lounging outside in the frigid cold, jump into my lap like a giant furry popsicle, and smother me with frozen kisses. Doesn’t even feel guilty about it either!!! Gotta love her tho…there’s no resisting that face.

Finally listened to ep 5 of Starship Alexandria w/ @aptshadow.bsky.social and @emmanewman.bsky.social. A delightful chat! Reminded me of the entire summer before 7th grade that I spent reading Golden Age Sci-Fi thanks to getting 10 free books for joining Sci-Fi Book Club. Self-indoctrination FTW!

Finally listened to ep 5 of Starship Alexandria w/ @aptshadow.bsky.social and @emmanewman.bsky.social. A delightful chat! Reminded me of the entire summer before 7th grade that I spent reading Golden Age Sci-Fi thanks to getting 10 free books for joining Sci-Fi Book Club. Self-indoctrination FTW!
Using fountain pen inks w/water in a new “rage haiku” journal. They play so nicely! Now to write the haiku…where to even fuckin start…guess I’ll compose a list of 100 rage prompts, then roll a d100 each day to pick one. This might be a more cathartic 100-day art project than I first imagined.

@aptshadow.bsky.social Only 4 hrs left in my listen of Shroud and already I’m wishing so hard that a) it was 10x longer and b) it was also a movie (and while I’m wishing, that also Children of Time would be made into a TV series). I have no idea yet how the story ends, but it’s so damn good!

Wee baby foxes visiting the patio to steal the feral cat’s food + hone their predatory skills by chasing skinks and catching/eating insects attracted to the patio light. They are so quick! Cute but utterly wild and wary creatures.
