I follow wonderful people over there but with all the rubbish that became on my timeline I lost seeing what they were doing.

3rd week of increase medication for mental health. Mood improving but with work employing Mir staff for Xmas my anxiety is through the roof.
Not sure how to deal with extra people around me. Going to have a chat with manager when back in on shift to see if I can be place with out be overwhelmed

Went back to work last week after having a mental health break down.
All I can say that there really is good people out there who cares. So good being surrounded around by people again.
