It's honestly nice to hear doing this is seen positively since I do that occasionally. Whenever I find a new artist I like (or find one here that I follow elsewhere) I hit the media tab, hold the end key until the scrolling stops, and then fave what I like on the way back to the present.

FA has also been explicitly (hah) on the side of allowing adult artwork while social media sites have been worryingly ambiguous. It's also a GALLERY first which means old art is actually possible to find rather than being lost to the feed scroll after a few days.

That is fraud and alerting every one is the right thing to do I think. The fact they nuked their accounts is just further evidence.
