Thank you for this lovely recipe! I was worried the broccoli would overcook but it was perfect. The garlic oil scent throughout the house was mouthwatering. I added a little cream, lemon, & feta - it's a great base recipe! Cozy enough to get the stamp of approval from my sick partner too.

Is it similar to juicing sweet potatoes? I remember a surprisingly good sweet potato and citrus (grapefruit? orange?) recipe when i went through a juicer phase
