Since Trump is telling us we only need 2 dolls and 7 pencils for Christmas, maybe he could lead by example by cutting back on things we pay for. No more golf trips, personal aircraft refurbs, gold bling, sporting event attendance, using government resources to market his tacky goods, etc.

Likely not a common or popular point of view, but I don’t see anything from the Republican/MAGA party that looks like “conservative” to me. Right wing extremism that seeks to disintegrate our institutions including the Constitution in my mind is the antithesis of conservatism.

Prayers are for asking God to give us the fortitude to do good. Elected officials need to move on from prayer and take action to reform gun laws and mental health access to help reduce gun violence. More than one mass shooting a day is unacceptable.
