it’s like why call into the credit team for help if you don’t want to listen to us?! people are stupid and annoying.

i have store reps wholl call into me cuz the credit application is on hold. ill tell them what needs to be done to fix it but they love to act like they know better. then 10 minutes later when it doesnt work & they try my way, it miraculously works.
