I only briefly checked Discord's guidelines so I might've missed it, but (outside of CSAM) Discord doesn't seem to have any guidelines that ban 'problematic' fiction.

So if a server has rules against things like fictional non-con, feral, incest etc, that was entirely the server owner's decision.
