its really easy to change the faucet and shower head! just make sure to follow the directions 100% so its not leaky post installation. the instructions will tell you if you need anything extra like thread tape or it'll come with a rubber washer for install

its so hard to mend a horizontal rip so that it stops tearing too... my sincere condolences
