Excellent turnout in Gettysburg PA today! The only uniforms seen were a couple of re-enacters. Lots of honking and 👍 from passing vehicles. Also lots of American flags.

Meditation brings calm and stillness to the busy mind. Our ability to remain in the present moment is one of the biggest predictors of happiness. We can train our minds to have agency over our attention. Begin and commit to practice - things in the mind will start to change.
