Dinner tonight was homemade vegan pizza with yellow and orange peppers, sweetcorn, squeaky pre cooked vegan bacon, grated original Violife vegan cheese and Violife vegan mozzarella. It was absolutely delicious and there are leftovers for tomorrow!! 🍕😋

It might not be as cold outside as it was on Saturday but it’s still bloody freezing!! But I did get a visit from the little dog 🐶 from across the road while I was putting some more de icing salt down because we are supposed to get more snow and some rain this week!! 🌨️🌧️

Was up super duper early this morning for the shopping delivery and was going to make myself an almost full English vegan breakfast but I fell asleep for about 4 hours after the shopping arrived so decided to have my almost full English vegan breakfast for dinner!! 😋😋

Here’s me thinking shovelling the snow was going to be the hard bit, turns out putting down the de icing salt was harder!! Think I’m might have to find a big strong man willing to put down the de icing salty for me!! 😅

Got all bundled up and went out and shovelled the path front and back and also did the lady next doors front path, now to have some nice hot vegan tomato soup and toasted crumpets to warm up, then back out to put the de icing salt down once it arrives!! ❄️🥫

Found some gluten free vegan biscotti for 48p (they are a really nice biscuit but are a little gritty but are okay) and after being vegan for about 11 years I have finally found a vegan custard cream (my all time favourite biscuit) and OMG they are so good, if a little small!!😋

Took my mam for a trip to the big Tesco l, we stopped at Greggs and got vegan breakfast then we after we had a 2 hours toddle around big Tesco we stopped at the cafe, my mam had a cappuccino and I had a pot of tea with oat milk and we shared some waffle fries and hash brown bites

Christmas dinner done!! It was delicious!! 😋 Mashed potato, roast potatoes, a boiled baby potato, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, vegan stuffing, vegan pigs in blankets and a pukka vegan chicken and mushroom pie and of course vegan gravy!!

Christmas dinner done!! It was delicious!! 😋 Mashed potato, roast potatoes, a boiled baby potato, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, vegan stuffing, vegan pigs in blankets and a pukka vegan chicken and mushroom pie and of course vegan gravy!!
Decided to make my life a little easier and prepped the vegetables, the vegan stuffing and the regular stuffing (for my mam) all ready for Christmas dinner tomorrow. And l dinner was vegan veggie pizza which I added my own vegan cheese to and it was delicious!! 🍕😋

Went to Asda to do the Christmas food shop and found a vegan dessert reduced to an absolute bargain price of £1.58!! It was so much of a bargain a lady passing us overheard me telling my mam about it and she went a picked up the two that were left on the shelf!!

Had to leave the house and venture out into the rain so decided to take myself for a nice hot cup of tea and some breakfast from Greggs, unfortunately their were no vegan sausage sandwiches, so hash browns and a nice hot tea it is!! 😋

Slept through my alarm, rushed to get ready ended up being an hour late leaving the house and nothing feels right!! I feel like I’m rushing to catch up with myself but just not quite managing it!! 🫨 Just hope the panic attack that is treating to start doesn’t till I get home!!😵💫

My bag is waterproof but the rain was a little too much for it today and I had to empty it, my bag my mam a comment about being surprised at how much I can fit into it, looking at the zip lock bag housing the contents of my bag and I think I have a small Mary popping bag!!

Today’s baking efforts (not the best looking but still taste good!!) 2 Vegan sausage, bean and vegan cheese melts, a potato, vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese pie, 2 none vegan sausage bean and cheese melts and a mini pie made with the left over filling!!

Baking did not go as planned today!! Almost an hour and a half and all I managed to make were 4 sausage bean and cheese melts (2 vegan, 2 not vegan) a vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese pie and a non vegan mini sausage, bean and cheese pie for my mam!!

Baking did not go as planned today!! Almost an hour and a half and all I managed to make were 4 sausage bean and cheese melts (2 vegan, 2 not vegan) a vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese pie and a non vegan mini sausage, bean and cheese pie for my mam!!
Went into Tesco for a few bits I needed for the baking on Sunday, also got a small loaf of bread that I put on top of my shopping trolly, used the self service till and put my shopping in my bag and went to walk out then I realised I forgot to scan and pay for my loaf of bread!!

Stopped off at the local Friday market on my way home and got the best sourdough ever!! Also got a vegan fruit loaf that the really nice baker lady made vegan specially for me and I can not wait to have it toasted for breakfast tomorrow!! 🤤
