I have a ‘What have you done today to make you feel proud’ board and this was today’s note..

I learnt to swim as a child, but it was a dire experience….over a decade since being in a pool I was determined to become water confident and learn to swim and it’s finally happened 🎉

One whole year of Peggy 🎉 The most brave, cute, and mad Sprocker I have ever known ❤️

I am a dog Mum to a dog who had a very rough start in life. Today, she managed to walk for over 40 minutes. It was not without significant points of anxiety, but on the whole she had a very happy time 🐾

Peggy is living proof that with a lot of love, safety, (and food) a happier life is possible ❤️
