it’s a really beautiful day

i’ve been on a bit of a phone break but i got to go to my first PWHL game last weekend and it was magical. @thepwhl.com please bring an expansion to STL, we love you!!!

i want to share something i learned in therapy—the stages of change. it came up because i tend to linger in the preparation stage, feeling like i know that i need to do something but i’m not able to do it. i feel stuck, frozen, and like i should just give up. i’m working on overcoming that urge.
