Miss Shields obviously didn't pay attention during our PD on grading or she would know that a C+ is the reserve grade for students who don't do the assignment. This is why I forced her to change the grade and also provide more positive praise.

Buddy's teacher would make a lot more money by becoming an ed. consultant and selling his Elf Learning Framework to school boards across the country. Sure, most schools don't have any use for it, but we've never let that stop us from paying for them in the past.

I dropped College-Bound Senior from your class after school on the Friday before break. It wouldn't be fair for him to have an F on his transcript that will keep him out of his university of choice just because he didn't submit a single assignment for the semester.

Much like Santa, I have a Nice List of teachers who lead my PDs, praise me and my leadership at every faculty meeting, look to me as a mentor, and of course, receive excellent evaluations without having to be observed.
