So lemme get this straight. You are eliminating the tariffs on tropical fruits, coffee and beef to lower prices since you took the mantel of the "affordability" President today.

If ACA goes away and people have to find their own policies you can count on millions of people being denied coverage because of preexisting conditions. The ACA made it illegal for insurance companies to refuse coverage or raise rates for preexisting medical issues. I know because I was one of them.
