It's interesting. I just posted in an F-250 group I belong to on FB. We were all getting along and comparing notes on our trucks. Then one idiot noticed I was from Canada and called me a socialist. Then the comments got ugly. Why? Why is there always that "one guy?" Why does it have to be pollical?

Attention fellow West Enders. This bad boy will be back in action Aug 1st on Gateway. She burned us (I say "us" because it was Kim's car but it may, or may not have been me driving) for $200 last summer. It's time to start practicing that stupid 30km/h again so you'll be ready.

In 1902, Willis Carrier submitted his design for the first modern air-conditioning system, accomplishing a feat that was once thought to be impossible – control of the indoor environment.
I think I speak for all of us when I say: "Thanks Willis".

Taking a cue from the Ukraine, we would like to let the world know that we are the true north strong and free. We're friendly, but fierce. Don't piss us off.

Until this morning I had never heard of Cox Richardson or "Cowboy Individualism". This is 50 minutes (a huge commitment in today's world I know) that will help you understand how we got to the place we are at today. She is brilliant.

How Trump's politics emerged from American cowboy culture | CBC Radio
The U.S. crisis today is the result of a 40-year-old Republican ideology, historian Heather Cox Richardson calls "cowboy individualism." A symbol of the true American man, works on his own, anti-gover...

I voted! It took about 5 minutes. Last day for advance polls. They're open till 9pm. Vote today, or vote on the 28th. Either way, please vote. In the last election in the U.S about 60% of the population bothered to vote. Look what happened.

This is exactly why I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Costco. Well said sir.

So I asked A.I. the following question: "what would a dire wolf and a poodle crossed look like?" A Diredoodle? This was the result. I think something went horribly wrong. 🙂

We all have our driving pet peeves. One of mine is people who don't have a clue how to use the multi-direction left turn lanes. I see this all the time. It's like people are afraid of them. This morning's was a really stupid one. Excuse the languge.
Also, yes I was listening to Taylor Swift...loud.

That feeling when you hear the extra long guitar riff at the beginning of "Jet airliner" and realize you are about to get the album version without that stupid "funky kicks" radio edit. Music geeks like me will understand. 🙂 #funkyshitforever

This my friend is disappointment. My banana looked perfect on the outside. A nice yellow colour. Perfect texture. Except when you peel the layers back you discover it's heavily bruised and pretty gross inside. Kind of reminds me of certain political candidates we are being asked to vote for.

Currently in Portugal. Just met a lovely couple from Minnesota on our bus tour. Upon embarking, they declared themselves "Friendly's " and apologized to us as Canadians for what was happening in the USA. They were so embarrassed. It is so awkward and unnecessary.

This song made me so sad. We'll done Jim.
What a great tune for a depressingly needless situation.
Trump has to go.
Hello folks. Jim Cuddy here. Due to our troubles with our neighbours in The States, I was inspired to write a little song. It’s called “We Used to Be the Best of Friends”. youtu.be/b5jgJZWG7aY?...

I have proudly flown my Country's flag for almost 30 years in my backyard. I have noticed more and more people doing the same lately. I love it! I'm pretty sure Canada's colour's are not pink and white. It was time for an upgrade. Yes, it was made in Canada.#CanadaStrong
