Just pooping out this description until I make a better one but I video game a lot and hangout on Retro__Roulette on twitch, the Farland Minecraft server, and Xenochat podcast and sometimes I do art and such. Just so you know I'm not some stinky bot.
Also sorry for the long response, I'm a listener since the Tdar days but it's rare that I get around to listening early enough to reply to the QotW and I had to make the opportunity to finally do so on time! Love the show guys, thanks for all you do

can't tell me that shit wasn't hype as fuck and I also loved that the game was big enough to feel substantial but endlessly replayable. I think some people must have either only played the Wii control version or just really didn't vibe with the bongo controls for some reason but I loved it

one of the only DK games that the team behind MARIO GALAXY worked on which many of the ideas would be expanded upon in? COME ON like for me that's one of the best DK games and it's not even close. Not only was the platforming fun and easy to pick up, the boss fights were FUCKING PUNCH OUT! You

Also not to get to riled up about this but I hear this sentiment all the time of people just kinda passing on Jungle Beat like it's whatever. Wtf dudes to already establish how much fun it is to play the bongos and then just ignore such an effectively fun act of smashing and clapping through

I have a vivid memory of being at a big sleepover as a kid and getting to play Donkey Kong 64, mostly in particular a Tiny Kong boss fight that my friend was stuck on, passing the controller back and forth until we got tired and for some reason ended up watching Galaxy Quest. Pretty great time

I have a vivid memory of being at a big sleepover as a kid and getting to play Donkey Kong 64, mostly in particular a Tiny Kong boss fight that my friend was stuck on, passing the controller back and forth until we got tired and for some reason ended up watching Galaxy Quest. Pretty great time
