Also, they are a *terrible* way to predict competence. Lots of idiots pass and reflect poorly on the profession, and lots of future good lawyers fail the first or second time. But it's a bad look to admit you aren't studying hard AND complaining that you didn't pass, IMO.

As a bar-passer myself, I feel like I'm not "supposed" to say this but bar exams are not "hard." They require study/focus, but they are not "difficult" they just test your ability to remember a lot and analyze information. Anecdotally, few people that really study fail to pass by the 2nd attempt.

He is Built Different. He's been getting destroyed all year and getting some truly horrendous coaching/playcalling, but he just stands back there fearlessly playing his game. Next year he will be a certifiable problem even if the team is so-so.
