Classics, modern, whatever I choose to teach that I feel relevant. In a 9 month school year 5 is ample when you add in 2-4 independent reading books each semester

My mammogram caught stage 0 cancer. Just finished radiation. I cannot stress enough to stay up to date on mammograms. The gold standard of early detection! Also, dense breasts here. More common for breast cancer.

As an English teacher here, I call bullshit on this. My students read 5 complete books a year AND students read independent books as well. It’s about time to start placing blame on SOCIAL MEDIA AND PARENTS PLEASE!!!
