And this is why you should always attend your cooking. Ovens (like ours in this case) can malfunction.

This is her chair. Other people use it sometimes, but it's definitely for small cats and not really for humans.

West coast ocean life!

It gets my 🦭 of approval... Unless it's maybe a sea lion, in which case 🌊🦁... Which doesn't make for a great pun sadly 🤷🏻‍♂️
A seal, (or perhaps a sea lion??) swims in the Sechelt inlet on the west coast of BC. The water is calm, the sky is overcast, and coastline of the inlet is in the background. The coast and sky are reflected in the water.

I'm back in Winnipeg now, but I was sure glad to have some time in my place of origin on the west coast of BC.

I miss BC forests. Sorry, but the skeet doesn't convey smell. Unfortunate because that's (possibly) the best part!

Here's a vulture. Vultures are cool and not villains.

Apparently cats are huge here. Here's Richmond. She's pretty typical. Sleeps a lot. Prefers a lap to sleep on if available.
