É simplíssimo.

o atual texto do PL do streaming considera como "obra" um episódio de uma série. isso importa porque, ao licenciar uma temporada de 8 episódios de uma série brasileira, são contabilizadas 8 obras nacionais no catálogo, preenchendo com uma obra só uma cota de 8.
