Well, just went to the gym for the first time in a very long while. Tryin to take it slow as I don't wanna wake up tomorrow feeling like absolute crap, but I definitely need it. If not to lose weight, to help manage the pinched nerves in my neck and back lol, (though I do need to lose weight x.x)
