Well in Garcia’s case - Judges kept questioning the DOJ’s Court records Until the Truth finally emerged. It wasn’t a low level DOJ attorney that pressed for Garcia’s detention After knowing they had Mistakenly sent him to CECOT.
It was the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche!

Then why the hell are these DOJ attorneys not sanctioned if Judges know they are being willfully fed misinformation or out right lies?? Their inaction makes them just as culpable in the misconduct and miscarriage of Justice that permeates our criminal DOJ
