Finally, a few thoughts. I've been burnt out from the industry for a long time now for various reasons, and I honestly don't know what will become of me in the near future, but after going through this event, I won't say that feeling is gone, but I certainly feel more relieved.

For the last event, we had the concert of Arco. I had already had my eye on this game, but the concert was wonderful and it made me want to play it even more. The music by @bibikigarcia.com and Victoria Ruiz de la Rubia was beautiful, and @missgameaudio.bsky.social was also able to participate.

@victoriatran.bsky.social's talk was incredible. It was great. We got to meet her afterwards, and she is such a lovely person, I wish we had more time to spend with her. And everything she said in the talk was super helpful and she made it super energetic and fun.

We met Chuso Montero. I'm looking forward to seeing the projects he's involved in now that he's in the industry as a developer in @brainwashgang.bsky.social .

We watched @anaitgames.com's Reload podcast live. I listen to it whenever I can, and it was a real treat to be able to listen to it and see them in person. Thanks to all of you @laclaradi.bsky.social , @chiconuclear.bsky.social, @pepsanchez.bsky.social and the birthday boy @lovemeerkat.bsky.social

Finally on the first day, @kt.uvula.jp's talk, which was undoubtedly unique, and if there is one thing I will take away from it, it is being able to look for the fun in everything, even in everyday actions that we take for granted. We also got a beautiful drawing from him.

I was able to meet and talk a bit with one of my idols, @gamemakerstoolkit.com. I think I can say that much if not all of what I know about game design is thanks to him. I also attended his talk and I think it's super useful for those people who are starting to make a videogame.

The talk "Music and videogames" was also amazing, very funny and also down to earth. But what can you expect when it's led by @missgameaudio.bsky.social, Marina Segovia, @elesky.bsky.social and Juanjo Molina Sasa. Seriously now, I really liked that they talked about a reality that can be very harsh.

The talk "Narrative Design - Beyond Words" by @afrycuriel.bsky.social was super instructive and enlightening. I'm looking forward to putting some of what I learned into practice in the near future.
May 19, 2025 at 4:25 PM
Let's get started. I was delighted to be able to reconnect with an old work colleague, @missgameaudio.bsky.social . We didn't get to talk much at the time, but you only need to interact with her a couple of times to see what a beautiful person she is.

First of all, many thanks to the organisers of the event, because I felt very comfortable, the talks were very interesting and I was able to test games calmly and without feeling overwhelmed by the number of people. So again, thank you for everything.
