I don't talk enough about kikyou's masochistic tendencies but they sure exist in part due to trauma and in part due to a general fascination with pain and wounds/scarring (pseudo (ex)immortal things?)

Kikyou when he starts liking Orion: I want to hold his hand -> the pillow he slept on last night smells like him I wish I could make a perfume out of it -> I wonder what it would feel like if his arrows pierced me i want it to happen-
Like he has cutesy crush moments too but he doesn't actually know how to deal with or process romantic feelings at first so he gets kind of weird about it sometimes .
