Thank you!! NA gene seems to sit with the same gull as the other segments. If you put the HA gene muts in the deep mutation scan i see that 172T has high sera escape values. So far the only interesting thing ive seen so far. Im not sure what to compare the NA to to check for mutations though.

Thank you @mikehoney.bsky.social ! How did this get on your radar? I've been using Collection #42 on covspectrum and it seemed like XFV and XFZ had a higher growth advantage than XFG but they are overall similar. PY.1s have a negative growth rate for now but will keep my eye out on this!
