Can you explain the hate for it? I never played it but im also a hater at heart

So glad i read this book, heard about it as a kid but I didnt really understand the concepts of war yet. Now that ive read it, I feel like my mind has opened up more about what its like to live in active wartime and how easily ANY country can fall into it.
