Only an idiot would think that BP or ICE is totally out LA, thats insane. There is however a massive reduction of raids (my part of LA metro area hasn’t seen one in 3 months vs one every other week prior) and the militarized ones are at zero. Plus the NG aren’t deployed anymore which is nice.

The only saving grace for my partner and I with our house last year was that we somehow bought right in the middle of a huge interest rate valley and now no one calls us to refinance since they still can't beat the rate we got.
