I like jokes about TV and the Internet: it turns out what's needed isn't parental control, but control over parents.

Mom's plants are more attractive. They are very playful.

But my grandparents are worse. They have very vatnik's views and zero attempts at critical thinking. They trust TV more than their relatives.

Although there is a hint of racism, it is more stereotypical thinking and ignorance than convictions or ideology. And this is what I am trying to correct.

My parents aren't vatniks, but they've long been stuck in the conformist zone of "everyone lies, we don't decide anything, we don't know everything." And for them, what's happening is more like a natural disaster - bad, but it's there and we need to adapt.
