They was not designed for efficiency but sadly stuff into this role and doing badly. The confusion is ours for expecting something else.

Humans likes linear experience: one idea leading clearly to the next. But nowadays AI distorts those signals: Creators can’t see real demand, audiences can’t find what they’re looking for, and the path from X→Y is broken. I think we need to restore the arrow to stop AI system decay.... 🤖🧠

X: Today Elon said he will share the algorithm code behind X - which mainly go after "engagement". It make loud just louder = suppress to new cleaner voices. Human should be given the choice what to read. Naturally this will reduce the temptation for people to create bad content, violence, sex, etc!
