I really liked the pattern I used. The "real" one is ribbed and worked back and forth. I believe she had a pattern for that too, but the idea of working ribbed colorwork with a right and wrong side was just way too much to wrap my head around!

No one better to spent the last quarter of a century with! 💗

I think 3 WIPs is just right. And I feel your pain on weaving in the ends. Sometimes I decide not to make something I want to because it looks like too many ends to weave!

He also looks just a little judgy! LOL

Love this movie. Another Dick Van Dyke classic my son used to watch all the time was Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. One of my favorites as a kid too!

My edges are never so straight when I block.....oh well, practice makes perfect! Guess I get to buy more yarn to practice on! :)
