Show was going for a very 'flat presentation humour' angle to sort of ground itself but this ended up not interrogating a really key point in the show being that the kaiju eugenicists are unrepentant mass murderers and everybody's just like well they're people too I guess :/

People hated gquuux cause they wanted a good show. Which is stupid cause you watch Gundam ur never getting a good show. Gquuux gave you underdeveloped female characters, weird old man yaoi and a confusing nostalgia-encrusted letdown of an ending. So exactly like every other Gundam anime ever

Sherlock books aren't even as good as Hercule Poirot books ☝️☝️ Agatha Christie is far better at creating a web of realistic characters and crafting situations wherein the reader could if they were smart enough deduce the solution

I literally fw tokusatsu crazy style but I'm up to like the second to last ep and dynazenon has done nothing to connect the little toys to the main characters in any meaningful sense so it's moving character drama suddenly interrupted by fighting a sick ass kaiju with little connection
