To be specific, the 0.35 contrast gives this white text on black "OLED look", which is very hard on the eyes on LCD. Tuning down the contrast to 0.20 improves legibility, especially on the darkest areas.

I love it but it's a liiittle bit too dark on most displays.

It makes far more sense to ban them after demand FALLS, in order to restrict inventory and keep prices high.

Yes but have you noticed that the XLU:SPY and XLP:SPY ratios are a one-way train during any given calendar year since 2020. In other words, passives or big funds will pick a new trend for 2026 come January 1.

Linux is the perfect platform for agentic OS because it's fully open. It's the future in 100 years' time, sure. In the meantime, I don't want to experience Microsoft Corporation's version of it.
