I’m still not happy with it (starting to think that’s going to be a theme with my paintings) but I think I need to let go. Tbf this was only my second attempt at a realistic oil portrait. The bonus Sherlock one I made in 60 minutes to challenge myself and stop overthinking the painting process. 🤪

I’m still not happy with it (starting to think that’s going to be a theme with my paintings) but I think I need to let go. Tbf this was only my second attempt at a realistic oil portrait. The bonus Sherlock one I made in 60 minutes to challenge myself and stop overthinking the painting process. 🤪
You know that Christmas present I promised? I’m sorry I still haven’t shown it. It’s a painting I made of you two but it’s kind of come to a standstill since it’s mostly finished and I don’t think I captured you two at all so I’m debating trying to fix it or starting from scratch.
