Do definitely keep an eye on it!! It's probably very normal at this point but at least with age people with mostly estrogen usually have to be careful of bone density stuff. That kinda problem runs in my genes so I was always afraid of getting like osteoporosis someday. Vitamins and things def help!

I wonder if it has to do with bone changes or something? No expert, but I feel I've heard about like bone density changes being a thing to consider for estrogen
