I have been noticing as of late, many forecasts for rain, but when the day comes, nothing. Seems like the area above the heavily traveled interstate hghway 5 stays dry. Is automobile generated heat pushing away the rain.

Another example of developed nations farming out their dirty industries to less developed nations. An old story indeed. We need more efforts educating people about how unhealthy beef consumption is.. Change consumer behavior by selling the fact that it is in their own personal best interest.

My neighbors cats actively hunt the nesting bird population in my yard. He joked about them killing off the excess rabbit population as well. Seems we are surrounded my ignorant people.

Perhaps the next congress and do something to regulate dark money. Maybe we can expose the real truth behind these outrageous acts of Trump. Every thing he does is about him in one form or another, money, ego, long standing grudges, racism, a radical belief system, fear of jail and lawsuits...

How about a profit comparison chart? That would really move the powers that be... well we can only hope.. Increased profits are hard to argue with though. Of course funding has to be all private now due to the strange orange fat man.

Seems the U.S. is always being upstaged by less developed countries when it comes to mitigating air pollution, climate change, gun violence, hunger, diseases.... and just about any other societal ill. Why is that? Can you spell 'dark money' ?
Change in the U.S. is far overdue.

Better yet, no campfire campgrounds. Once I stayed at a campground in Idaho... 90+ degree temps, fires burning everywhere. Why? Had to pack up when the wind started blowing smoke from the neighbor into my van. Ended up boon docking as usual...I bet the no burning camps will always be full.

Historically the national guard responds to requests from cities with one exception during the civil rights rally's in 1965. It was a racist governor that caused federal intervention.. now we have the exact opposite, a racist president intervening in cities that don't hold his racist views.

And why with us all knowing about the effects of wood smoke do we allow backyard burn piles and wood burning fireplaces. Clearly our politicians are weak. People use wood as heat source to try and save a few $$ at the expense of their neighbors. Don't give away your dead trees!

You need better messaging. Everyone knows it. Be specific, cite examples.. All this discussion about insurance going up appears rather vague Draw picture, make a chart. Don't make me google this stuff to find out what is going on! Make the message short, clear and repeat..

Backyard burning. These is not farmland. We have yard-waste service. These are people burning garbage in their yard to avoid taking it to the landfill. Toxic materials like fiberglass insulation, plastic waste etc. Marysville WA. We need to Ban backyard burning.

Such an appropriate song for the struggles we face today. Staying hopeful is hard when the world around us is crumbling in every way. There was a time when many of our world leaders were inspirational, offered hope, and attacked problems rationally to make all of our lives better. What happened?
