I occasionally drink non-alcoholic blue moon and it's actually better than the real thing IMO. The taste of alcohol makes it worse, and inflates the calorie content.
Otherwise the flavor profile is entirely intact.

not quiiiiite.
fermentation significantly alters the flavor profiles even with the alcohol removed afterwards. it's still wine, with an extra step.

Anyone have an idea why git clone/push/etc via ssh asks for the password for git@ every time on my forgejo server?
