As one who loves history, Trump sickens me with his anti-DEI attacks. At a recent meeting of historians at Williamsburg, Virginia, the room was full of like-minded people. As the governor proudly pointed out a displayed proclamation signed by Trump for the event, applause was almost non-existent.

I started watching the press conference and had to turn it off because I became nauseous. I switched to a news show and had to turn it off for the same reason. I picked out a movie to put on instead, and ended up with The Greatest Showman, ROFL. "There's a sucker born every minute." Sigh.

My community is six hours from our state capital, so instead of sitting here and doing nothing tomorrow, locals have organized our own "Project 2025" protest. I'm so proud, and will be there!!
