Dear friendly CS person (or murloc?), please ask your devs to fix the automated refund system. My WoW sub refund was declined because my acc "received a penalty recently" - but that was in 2018 :3 I'm now on day 5 waiting for a reply to my ticket, unable to log into WoW 😿
