I like the #IMO podcast with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson. I just think the ads are too much. They’re too lengthy and too abundant to keep the momentum of the show. I kept forgetting what I was listening to.

We live in incredibly troubling times. I say that to say we all are struggling with some form of anxiety. If I’m ignoring news and social media, it’s to only manage my own stress levels.
