Not unhinged at all

Love this thread, and there are creative solutions to parking minimums which both handle peak visits and allow for smaller footprints.

- shared parking built by municipalities but paid for by developers / businesses

- tandem parking

- valet at peaks

- priority density parking

Etc...

I think it rocks, period
