Like saying "fuck you" twice to an auto worker and flipping him off?

Think we've been there for a while.

He's just like your grandma yelling at orderlies in the retirement home.

They aren't old enough to get a "Fell for it again" award, so there should be some kind of compensation prize.

Season 1 is way, way better than Season 2.

People have been saying "Ha of course Polis won't cave to Trump" for a long time.

I remember when he was first elected to Congress in 2008. He's always been a rich asshole, and all the other rich assholes sold out.

That's Arrested Development. This is Community.
a man in a white shirt says it just felt really good to be brainy and have a useness .
Alt: A character from "Community" (and not any other place, good or bad) says it just felt really good to be brainy and have a useness.

Weird how all the bro-I'm-so-much-more-radical-than-you guys who think they'll build a left-wing mass movement to overthrow tyrants have zero friends and no social skills.

"Mass movement" means more than you and your on-and-off FWB.

The same SCOTUS we have would have let him off the hook four years ago just as it did two years ago.

It is, but that's the charm. The original ending was that they keep erasing each other long into old age, which makes your message really explicit, but I think people connect with it because sometimes love is just repeating mistakes and making it work. Joy comes from hope.
Truman Show is also great.

I love this movie more than any other, and Synecdoche New York made me not want to ever watch another Charlie Kaufman movie. He's at his best when someone says no to him once in a while.

There was no book unless it was written later. This was written for the screen.

Being John Malkovich was great, but this was better. Both had similar crazy conceits, but this one really examined what love is, which made it more important.

My favorite thing about this movie was that Kaufman originally had a much more cynical ending, but he changed it, and it became far better.

Yes! All two of them!

Wait, one of them!

Crap, there aren't any.

Might want to recondition those priors.

His voters absolutely voted for a dictatorship of the pedotariat.

Yeah, every country has Nazis, and many of them have cell phones. Some, I'm sure, welcome the opportunity to be servant leaders in a banana republic. There's money in it, for sure.

Is this the same guy who went on a widely publicized road tour as Matt Gaetz' best friend, or is that a different Ro Khanna?
January 4, 2026 at 5:23 AM
Every leftist I know told me "We survived Trump 1, how bad could it be?"

Some people tried to stop it, but you fought us all the way. Good job, Nazi.

The little girls in Venezuela that Trump plans to rape won't come forward for a while. Fog of war, you know.
January 4, 2026 at 5:13 AM
True. All media is controlled by the billionaires, who have turned out to be unanimously evil, and won't put Dems in front of the cameras they own.
January 4, 2026 at 5:10 AM
They will be accused no matter what. Trump wants all Democrats DEAD regardless of what they say.

We need to take sides and be serious about the crisis we're in, not hide and hope the MSM will finally be nice to us.

As long as they get to do their pedophilia uninhindered, Republicans will unanimously support Trump to the end.
